Extra Pieces In Denmark, 2024: Listen Now, On Your Favorite Podcast Player.

There is a new episode of Extra Pieces for you to enjoy. Or at least to provide some background noise while you build and sort.

In the Closing weeks of September, I joined Jay Ong in Denmark for the Recognised LEGO® Fan Media Days. In this episode, we tell you what we can about this, but in reality, we will keep talking about it for a Good While as embargoes come to pass and news can be shared.

However, we also had the opportunity to attend the AFOL Day at the LEGO House, including a chance to see the new installations in the Masterpiece Gallery. I then followed on to the Skaerbaek Fan Weekend. Along the way, we asked people we ran into what they were looking forward to and what they love about these events, which have become a highlight of the annual AFOL Calendar.

I have recently returned home from Denmark where, along with my Extra Pieces podcast collaborator, Jay from Jay’s Brick Blog, I attended the Skaerbaek Fan Weekend followed by Recognised LEGO Fan Media Days in Billund. This was an amazing experience, running at an amazing pace where we got to meet AFOLs from all over the world, LEGO Designers, and representatives of many other LEGO Fan Media. We talk about some of these experiences in our latest episode of Extra Pieces, available of most major podcasting platforms.

Extra Pieces Episode One Now Live

Last Thursday, Jay’s Brick Blog and I announced that we are collaborating on a podcast for LEGO Fans – Extra Pieces. Now, in some parts of the world, it was April Fools Day, and some people seemed uncertain as to our actual sincerity.
