LEGO Icons 11387: Holiday House, a detailed winter themed building set from the Winter Village Collection.

September is now here, and even though we still have to get past Halloween, the Christmas holidays are starting to enter our consciousness – can you believe mince pies and Christmas puddings are now on the shelves of our supermarkets? And so, in the life of a LEGO® Fan, we start to think about the Winter Holiday Village. After last year’s Winter Holiday Train, we have a cozy change of pace with the new 11387 Holiday House,

As with all the hustle of preparing for the holidays, there is still time to hang the Christmas stocking on the mantelpiece, as well as look at some of the presents that have been received by the children, along with some of Grandma’s favorite recipes.

This set embraces the coziness of the winter holidays in the Northern Hemisphere, while the name ‘Holiday House’ evokes a completely different image for those of us in the South, expecting it to reflect some form of beach house, with Santa surfing by after a busy night delivering presents.
