With the cinematic release of The Mandalorian and Grogu just around the corner, this year’s May the Fourth release brings us The Mandalorian’s Naboo N1 Star Fighter, with the Ultimate Collector Series Treatment.
With a load of Silver laquer elements, The LEGO Star Wars™ The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter™ (75442) set will be available for LEGO Insiders* Early Access from 1 May 2026, and available for all from 4 May, priced at $AUD429.99 / £229.99 / €249.99 / $249.99.

This is the ship that Djin Djarrin flew in the Book of Boba Fett, and season three of The Mandalorian, based on the elegantly sleek Naboo Starfighter, first seen in Start Was: The Phantom Manace. Will the ship survive through this latest movie? Time will tell!
This model harks back to the earlier days of UCS sets, when a budget blistering pricetag was considered pretty optional for some UCS sets. The 10026 UCS Naboo Starfighter, released in 2002, came with a humble 187 pieces and a list price of $USD39.99. How times have changed!

Designed with authenticity at its core, the model uses advanced LEGO building techniques and special silver Drum Lacquered elements to capture the ship’s distinctive Naboo-inspired silhouette and intricate detailing. From its elongated fuselage to its exposed engine elements, every curve has been carefully recreated to deliver a striking collector’s centrepiece worthy of any Star Wars display.
The set includes a Mandalorian™ LEGO Star Wars minifigure, equipped with blaster pistol, and a Grogu™ figure to accompany the finished build. Once complete, fans can showcase the starfighter on a display stand with an information plaque, choosing between two dynamic orientations – side-on to highlight its elegant profile or facing forward for an action-ready stance.

While the model doesn’t have the same proportion of shiny bricks on display as the 2002 version, the new elements add almost the right amount of silver, next to the medium stone grey, which appears to be the go-to color when looking to pretend that something is shiny and chromed.
